Baskin Robbins Birthday Club: Free scoop of ice cream plus a discount on an ice cream cake for your birthday

Claim Jumper: Free dessert for your birthday PLUS a free "small bite dessert" just for joining the eClub.  Add your children to your eClub membership & they get a free "build your own sundae" just for signing up plus a Free Little Jumpers Meal on their birthday.

Cold Stone Birthday Club: Enjoy a free creation on your birthday

Dairy Queen: Join the Blizzard Fan Club & get a Buy One Get One Free coupon for a Blizzard via email for your birthday.  Enjoy other coupons throughout the year!

Macaroni Grill: Free chocolate cake (a piece big enough to share) on your birthday (just tell them it's your birthday and it will be brought out, plus one of their talented wait-staff will sign you an operatic Happy Birthday if you'd like)

Noodles & Co.: Sign up for Noodlegram, their newsletter, and get a coupon for a free dish on your birthday & a surprise on your Noodlegram anniversary.  Get a Buy One Get One Free coupon just for signing up!

Qdoba eClub: Get a free gift on your birthday plus free chips & salsa just for signing up!  (Thanks Jen for responding with this)

Red Robin eClub: Free burger on your birthday (for vegetarians you can substitute a Gardenburger or Boca Burger on any of their hamburgers)

Regal Cinemas & your Entertainment Book: There is a coupon in the Entertainment Book that you can take to Regal Cinemas on your birthday for a free movie!  Be sure to also sign up for the Regal Rewards club.  You get lots of cool freebies with that like free popcorn, candy & even movies!

Starbucks: Register your gift card and get a free drink on your birthday!  Coupon is mailed to you.

Todai's (Portland, OR): Get a free dinner (up to $25 value) on your birthday when accompanied by at least 1 paying adult!  Also, sign up for their eClub and get a $5 coupon emailed to you within 2-3 days.  These are franchises so if you are not in Portland, be sure to call your local restaurant to find out what they offer.
