Walmart has 10-12 packs of Schick disposable Razors for $1.97 in with the the other razors.
Use the $3/1 Schick disposable razors from the 3-21 SS or $2/1 from 4-11 SS to score them for FREE!
They also have small packs of Bic Razors for under $2.

Safeway has 2-packs of Bic Razors in their travel-size toiletries for about $1.50.
